Dan’s construction experience comes from three main sectors. Commercial general contracting, owners representation consulting on real estate development projects, and risk management consulting for financial firms.
General contracting experience consists of 8 years of working on both ground-up new construction and tenant improvement projects.
Dan has 2 years of risk management, QA/QC, and owners representation consulting experience on commercial development projects ranging from $2M-260M.

Alejandro is a third generation builder and real estate developer. Amongst being a dedicated general contractor for local real estate developers and investors he is also the co founder of ManyBuild.
Growing up in a family of contractors and architects on the island of Aruba, Alejandro knows what it takes to be successful in this industry. Alejandro's business accomplishments include: Identifying, underwriting and acquiring residential and commercial properties; Leading capital deployment for three separate PE funds; Managed the acquisition of $10MM of real estate; a city block redevelopment project in the Park Hill Community, as well as remodeling over dozens of homes across the Greater Denver Area for corporate clients and his own real estate fund.

A 40 year veteran of the construction industry, Alejandro has completed over 2,200 hotel rooms for hospitality staples such as Marriott Hotels®, Radisson®, and Westin®.
In addition, Alejandro has served as the general contractor for over 200,000 square feet of retail space, and over 110,000 square feet of high-end residential development internationally.
His commercial properties such as Paseo Herencia Aruba and his residential developments such as Catalina Estates command some of the highest rent rolls per square foot in the Caribbean.
Alejandro enjoys spending his off time in the back bowls of Vail.
